The proposal must address all requirements of the RFP and demonstrate an understanding of the technical specifications outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). It should provide pricing information for each item that can be provided during each ordering period and anticipated delivery times for each item. Any changes to the proposal after its initial submission should be clearly identified and submitted following specific instructions. Questions concerning the RFP should be submitted by Wednesday, June 12, 2024, at 10:00 am EST via email to ICE Contract Specialist Mona Mehta and Keara Jacobs. Physical samples for alternate parts must be received prior to the final submission due date at Armory Operations Unit in Altoona, PA. The offeror's proposal must be submitted in MS Word version 2010 or later and/or Excel version 2010 or later, PDF, or some combination thereof via email to the designated contacts. Late proposals will not be accepted.
