Performance work statement (PWS) for the full food services contract at the DFAC – Flight Line Inn Dining Facility, Storck Barracks, Building 6628 in Illesheim, Germany. The primary mission of the dining facility is to provide quality services in support of the installation food service program that supports the warfighter with flexible, efficient, and cost-effective service.
The contractor is required to provide dining facility management, food preparation, headcount, food service sanitation, and janitorial duties. The contract work is requested by the Headquarters United States Army Europe and Africa G4 to support the future USAREUR-AF reception, integration, and training location for the Aviation Regionally Aligned Forces in Illesheim, Germany. The contractor is responsible for developing and maintaining an effective quality control program to ensure services are performed in accordance with the PWS and implementing procedures to identify, prevent, and ensure non-recurrence of defective services.
The contractor must conduct business seven days per week between specific hours and may be required to provide expanded meal serving hours with advance notice. Additionally, the document outlines recognized U.S. and host nation holidays affecting work performance. Security requirements include compliance with security regulations and personnel security clearance requirements as well as limitations on access to U.S. installations and controlled areas based on security criteria and authorization by host nation law. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in denial of access to U.S. installations and controlled areas.
