The Department of the Air Force, through the AFLCMC/HBU Force Protection Division at Hanscom Air Force Base, is hosting an Industry Day event on 13 July 2023 (and 14 July if required) for prospective contractors interested in Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) software installation and integration solutions.
The purpose of this virtual event is to provide an overview of the potential forthcoming Request for Proposal (RFP) for PSIM software capabilities, with a focus on market research under FAR Part 10.
The Industry Day will feature briefings on the PSIM concept, strategy, scope, and schedule by Force Protection Division leadership. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage in a public question & answer session and participate in one-on-one discussions with division leadership.
Detailed information, including read-ahead materials, requirements documents, schedules, and guidelines for pre-event question submission, will be distributed around 5 July 2023. Prospective participants are required to RSVP by 5 July 2023 to receive access to the event documentation and should direct any inquiries to Mr. Christopher Farren, Captain Joshua Renick, or Krystal Winchester at the provided contact information.
