Summary
Rules of engagement (ROE) for the KC-135 Co-Op Industry Day, aimed at guiding industry representatives on their participation in the event.
The Industry Day serves as a platform for private companies to present their capabilities in relation to Department of Defense (DoD) program requirements and engage in one-on-one discussions with U.S. Government (USG) representatives to gain insights into upcoming contracting opportunities.
Attendees are required to arrive at Tinker Air Force Base at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled session, with a maximum of three representatives per company allowed. Verification against registration forms will occur, and USG-issued identification is mandatory for base access.
During the one-on-one sessions, industry representatives can ask questions verbally or submit them in writing; however, only questions posed during these sessions will be captured by a designated USG scribe. The USG will lead these discussions and has discretion over whether to provide verbal responses to inquiries.
It is emphasized that the event is not intended to result in contract awards based on the information exchanged, and any costs incurred by participants will not be reimbursed by the USG. Additionally, written questions that could reveal trade secrets or provide an unfair competitive advantage regarding the KC-135 Co-Op will not be addressed by USG employees.
The document outlines essential protocols and expectations for participants to ensure a productive engagement during the Industry Day.
