Summary
IDIQ contract statement of work for the multiple award indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) task order contract for construction, repair, and alteration, with design-build and incidental abatement for GSA/PBS Region 7. The contract aims to provide repair, alteration, and design-build construction services, including interior and exterior building construction, electrical, carpentry, masonry, plumbing, mechanical, architectural, landscaping, storm drainage, roof repair/replacement, demolition services, earthwork, pavement repair/replacement, abatement services (asbestos, lead, mold, PCB), and other related work. The contract will be a firm-fixed price contract with task order values ranging from approximately $2,000 to $5,000,000. The annual maximum order limitations (MOL) are set at inflated values to allow for potential unanticipated requirements.
Task orders will be competed among all the IDIQ holders in the zone(s), and contractors are expected to have experience and expertise in all project delivery methods included in the program. The document also outlines the task order solicitation procedures and specifies that task order proposals should be submitted in the format required in the RFP using the MasterFormat 2020 specification groups.
