Industry Invitation:

The Objective Helicopter Icing Spray (OHISS) program is hosting an Industry Day at Cairns Airfield, Ft Rucker, AL on 23-24 July. This event is designed to provide industry with additional information on the OHISS program. The target audience is

teams interested in becoming the OHISS Prime contractor

industry/academia members interested in supporting the OHISS Prime contractor

Teams or members interested in participating must contact MAJ Robert Hribar, Contracting Specialist, PEO STRI , Mr. Darrell Wright, PD, OHISS, PEO STRI,, or MAJ Johnathan Frazier, Chief, Systems Integration Division, U.S. Army Aviation Technical Test Center, e-mail, so that access instructions can be provided.

Industry teams must contact the above personnel prior to 18 July. Industry teams contacting the above personnel after 18 July will not be allowed to participate in the Industry Day discussions. This will not disqualify those teams from further participation in the Draft Request for Proposal review or in the final Request for Proposal and source selection.

In addition, industry will be allowed to view the HISS aircraft on 23 July.

Teams will be allowed to discuss the OHISS program with the Government team privately on 24 July. Each team will be allowed at least 45 minutes. Additional time will depend on the number of teams that want to have private discussions with the Government team. Industry and academia members will be accommodated as time permits.

Seating is limited in the conference area. Limit team participation to no more that four members per team. All names will need to be provided no later than 18 July.
