PWS on Sam.Gov has 3 task areas with the first one being Contract Management;
there are 4 task areas in this presentation. Will you share the updated PWS?

We estimate about 2 incidents per year; however it is dependent on multiple
factors.

Not all writers and editors will be required to have a TS/SCI. The PWS will
outline when a TS/SCI is required.
Yes, CISA has management systems based on MS Office and MS Project
and other approved CISA/DHS solutions. Access would be provided to
support staff as required.
This request will vary depending on the number of preps before meetings
and also upon Leadership request. In addition, there will be more products
required during a review period vs. outside a review period.
At this time, the proposed period of performance will be a one (1) year base
and three (3) one year option periods.
The PWS will outline when a security and/or facility clearance is required.
The Government does not have an estimated number of staff required. The
offeror will have to address their proposed level of effort to meet the
solicitation requirements in their proposal submission.
