1.0 Introduction
Buckley Space Force Base is hosting an Industry Day for the Courtroom Audio Visual (AV) Competitive Procurement.
The goal of this Industry Day is to communicate Buckley Space Force Bases vision for Courtroom AV upgrade. We hope to expand our understanding of industries capabilities and advance in technology to redefine the Courtroom AV capability to help us meet our missing more effectively. Buckley wants to invite industrys innovations and solutions to bring out court room A/V to top performance and longevity.
2.0 Purpose:
In order to update our JS courtroom AV capabilities, the 460th JA is seeking a solution that offers improved capabilities within Government facilities, considering the current equipment and constrains. This Industry Day offers the opportunity to have industry see firsthand our current equipment, lay out, constrains and further understand our objectives. We hope this interactions will improve understanding on both sides and allow us to solicit this requirement in the best way possible to reach the proper market solution that can expand our capabilities for the long term.
3.0 Event Description:
Date: Wednesday, December 8, 2021 10:00 AM MST
Location: The Industry Day event will be held through Zoom and in-person at Buckley SFB. Detailed attendance Information will be provided after registration.
Buckley SFB would like to invite interested vendors to thoroughly understand our vision, challenges, scope, expectations and objectives for the Courtroom A/V Requirement.
4.0 Agenda:
The government will provide a brief synopsis of the background of this need, our current challenges and the objectives for end goal. We will also be discussing constrains, security and timeline. We will have an interactive setting inviting questions. Vendors will have an opportunity to inspect first hand our current set up and ask questions.
5.0 Attendance requirements:
5.1 In Person
Due to space limitations and security, all attendees must be pre-registered for this Industry Day. Spaces will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Vendors are invited to bring 1 or 2 representatives. Vendors attending in person must submit the attendees information listed below to stephen.barter@spaceforce.mil and nathaniel.kibler@spaceforce.mil by Thursday, 2 December 2021 at 12:00PM MST
Required vetting information for attendees:
Full legal name (Last, First, middle)
Date of Birth (MM/DD/YYYY)
Drivers license number & state of issue
460 CONS will send a confirmation of your vetting request approval with the attendance information.
5.2 Virtual
For Virtual attendance security vetting is not necessary, but please pre-register by emailing stephen.barter@spaceforce.mil and nathaniel.kibler@spaceforce.mil by 6 December 2021 at 12:00PM MST. You will receive an email confirmation of your registration with the Zoom link.
6.0 Industry Day Feedback
As a follow-up to Industry Day, Buckley SFB is requesting feedback/questions to help up finalize our Statement of objectives and solicitation for the Courtroom A/V requirement. We ask you to please submit you feedback by Monday December 13, 2020 COB. Please submit your questions and feedback to stephen.barter@spaceforce.mil and nathaniel.kibler@spaceforce.mil. Buckley anticipates releasing a solicitations for this requirement in December 2021.
