INDUSTRY DAY to be held for United States Department of Agriculture (USDA)
Farm Service Agency (FSA) Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) Clean Lakes,
Estuaries, and Rivers 30 (CLEAR 30) Pilot Conservation Activity Plan Maintenance
Program
SUMMARY
On behalf of the USDA Farm Service Agency (FSA), the Farm Production and Conservation
Business Center announces an Industry Day to present the requirements for the government-
managed conservation activity plan maintenance activities for the Clean Lakes, Estuaries, and
Rivers 30 (CLEAR 30) pilot program. This program is available in all counties and county
equivalents nationwide, including U.S. territories and tribal lands.
The Industry Day is scheduled for Thursday, December 9, 2021 from 11:00 am ET 2:00 pm ET.
This will be a virtual event, hosted on the internet, using Microsoft Teams. Please note:
Companies will be able to participate without a Microsoft Teams account.
The objective is to provide a presentation to inform the industry community of the program
requirements and the intent to solicit for multiple Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity
contracts on a regional basis nationwide for a base period of period twelve (12) months and
four (4) twelve-month option periods for a total of sixty (60) months. A presentation will
provide the CRP CLEAR 30 Requirements and feedback will be provided in response to
questions submitted by contractors in advance. Interested contractors are encouraged to
attend. However, attendance is not mandatory to submit a proposal in response to a future
solicitation for this requirement. Contractors may submit questions regarding the requirement
by December 6, 2021 to nancy.harris@usda.gov .
A draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and draft Evaluation Criteria are attached to this
notice.
