What was the evaluation criteria for the ALICE
contract?

The current ALICE contract has a base period of
March 1, 2018 September 30, 2019. Option 1 for
ALICE is October 1, 2019 September 30, 2021.
Option 2 for ALICE is October 1, 2021 February
29, 2028.

The current ALICE contract has five separate CBA
agreements.

Currently, the Government does not have a timeline
for this procurement. All future updates regarding

The current ALICE contract is a total Small
Business Set-Aside contract. As such, NASA does
not require Small Business contractors to provide
further evidence of SB participation.

The evaluation criteria for the ALICE Request for
Proposal is provided below:

The Government will award a contract resulting
from this solicitation to the responsible offeror

whose proposal represents the best value to the
Government. This procurement shall be conducted
utilizing a combination of mission suitability, past
performance, and cost/price evaluation factors. The
lowest price proposals may not necessarily receive
an award; likewise, the highest mission suitability
rated proposals may not necessarily receive an
award. Mission suitability and past performance
when combined are significantly more important
than cost/price. Mission suitability is approximately
equal to past performance. Mission suitability and
past performance are each more important than
cost/price.
