Industry Day Special Notice: USCIS Neon II
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Office of Information Technology (OIT) is organizing an industry day for the upcoming project "Information Technology User and Field Operations Support (NEON II)." The event aims to gather industry input from businesses capable of performing the described work.
The project involves providing user support, service desk operations, IT equipment inventory management, mobility management, and hardware incident resolution throughout the Continental United States (CONUS) and outside of the Continental United States (OCONUS). The anticipated award for this requirement is in the 1st quarter of FY2026.
The industry day will take place on Thursday, June 13, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST at HQ USCIS (Tomich Center) in Camp Springs, MD. Interested vendors are required to RSVP by May 23, 2024, providing their full name, company name, UEI number, and email address. In-person attendance will be limited to 2 people per vendor.
While there won't be a live Q&A session during the event, vendors are encouraged to submit questions via email by June 28, 2024. Responses to submitted questions will be provided via NEON II Industry Day Notice Amendment on www.sam.gov.
Prospective offerors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) and a UEI number to conduct business with the federal government.
