Is the LCAP you plan to use sufficiently mature and at a stage in its support lifecycle wherein implementation will provide the AF with a reasonable expectation of long-term (at least 10 years) support?
What training and help capabilities exist within the application for users can be provided by the platform with OOTB functionality? Can this training and help be maintained by the AF's citizen developers?
Please describe the platform's training and certification program that can provide organic developers the skills needed to sustain the solution.
What are the available licensing models and approximate licensing costs for the TIGIIRS user community for your planned platform? How could your solution receive and store externally produced documents so that they are searchable and attachable?
How would your LCAP provide a single integrated calendar to manage inspection resources and deconflict inspection schedules and unit schedules?
How could your solution provide integration with unit level calendars in Outlook or SharePoint within the DoD IL4 AFNET environment?
How would your proposed LCAP solution generate, send, receive, and process notifications from internal users and external stakeholders? Please include inbound notifications, outbound notifications, and two-way notifications/communications with external parties.
TIGIIRS users require the ability to tailor a workflow within the application. How would authorized users of your solution create, modify, and maintain tailored workflow(s)? Please include the ability to manage decision/branching points based on actions (approval/disapproval), interactions with external systems (e.g., USAF Publication system), the ability to enforce business rules and the ability to track and monitor subordinates' progress.
How would your proposed solution provide functionality to conduct planning, execute inspections, or document inspection results when there is no network access? What is your best practice to upload data when the network becomes available? How does deconfliction occur once access is restored? Is the user notified they are working offline, or that deconfliction is needed?
Please describe how your LCAP operates on mobile devices, such as tablets and smartphones.
Please describe how your LCAP would enable self-registration to allow user a subset of functionality when a new user logs in with a CAC.
Please describe OOTB or easily configurable auditability and workflow monitoring available at platform or application level that records transactions (who and when) any time information is modified, updated or deleted.
Describe how your solution uses Common Access Card (CAC) for electronic signatures and approval/disapproval.
Please describe standard connectors available OOTB for integrating with legacy and modernized applications.
TIGIIRS functionality must support low side to high side and high side to low side data exchange. What experience do you have handling classified data in a cloud environment (please indicate Impact Level, as appropriate)? In extracting data from the high side to the low side in a cross-domain solution? What procedures do you have in place to deal with classified spillage into cloud-hosted low side to minimize impact to system availability?
