PURPOSE OF VISIT:
The purpose of this Industry Day will be to provide the public more insight into the Governments planned
EITEN single-award IDIQ, the proposed Highest Technically Rated Offeror source selection approach, and
the wider IT services requirements to be covered under EITEN. The goal is to encourage feedback on provided
draft documents and allowing potential offerors the opportunity to ask questions in order to both help define
this requirement and ensure it is understood. The Government intends to host 25-minute one-on-one
discussions with vendors who pre-register for the event. However, the Government is not seeking a
Capabilities Briefing, rather to allow time for vendor questions/comments/ concerns outside the public forum.

- All EITEN Industry day events will be accomplished virtually due to COVID-19 virus restrictions.
- Due to VTC license limitations, vendors are restricted to a maximum of two (2) virtual attendees
(users accessing the Zoom meeting) for Day 1 Government briefings and public Q&A. There is no
limitation on the number of actual participants within the Industry Day event (i.e., the Government has
no concerns with multiple vendor personnel co-located and connected via a single virtual attendee
invitation).

- All times are anticipated times. Schedule may be accelerated based on the speed of briefings
- All registered vendors will receive ZOOM link and access code prior to Industry Day via E-mail
