General briefing shall consist of this PowerPoint being reviewed independently

by each potential bidder.

One-on-one sessions will be scheduled with each respondent so they will have

the opportunity for Q&A and receive clarification on any points necessary.

Non-proprietary Q&As from the general briefing and one on ones will be posted

to beta.sam.gov.

After Industry Day

All correspondence regarding this effort will be directed to the Contracting

accessing the FA8224-20-R-0018 Hill AFB AGE2 Industry Day Notice are
required to sign in electronically via email.

Industry Day Conference attendees are interested parties that access the

Industry Day Conference information on beta.sam.gov.

NLT 5 June 2020, to electronically sign in, attendees are required to email the

following information to the contract specialist.

Company name
Cage Code
Attendee(s) name, position, email and phone

The attendee record, with the electronic sign in to the contract specialist,

will not be distributed to attendees.

The Industry Day Conference for Hill AFB AGE2 will be conducted from 24 April
2020 to 5 June 2020 using electronic format with the posting of the Industry Day
Notice and related attachments on beta.sam.gov.

Email between the government and attendees will be used to exchange

information such as electronic sign in, the response to government questions, and
response to questions from industry.

Industry Day General Session conference information is provided in electronic

format via beta.sam.gov and includes the following

One on One Session

The Industry Day Conference for Hill AFB AGE2 will utilize one on one meetings using

telecom format to be conducted on 26 May 2020.

NLT 19 May 2020, Industry Day Conference attendees (i.e., interested parties that
access the Industry Day Conference information on beta.sam.gov) are asked to
submit the written questions and areas requiring clarification via email to the contract
specialists. Submission of written questions and areas requiring clarification will
enable the government to better prepare for the one on one session.

NLT 19 May 2020, Industry Day Conference attendees (i.e., interested parties that

access the Industry Day Conference information on beta.sam.gov) that desire a one
on one session are asked to email a written request to the contract specialist.

Attendees are limited to 2 participants interacting with government during telecom.
It is estimated the government participants will include Program Manager, Contracting

Officer, Contract Specialist, technical experts, and a time keeper/note taker.
The written request for one on one session is required to contain the following

information

questions or requests for clarification to the contract specialist via email.

The written questions for or requests for clarifications are required to contain the following

Attendees are allowed to submit questions or requests for clarification until 28 May 2020,
4:00 PM MST. Questions received after 28 May 2020 date will not be responded to by

General Requirements.

Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) operations, maintenance, repair, and
dispatch services at Hill Air Force Base (HAFB), UT, host and tenant units
to include Little Mountain, Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR)/Eagle
Range and 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group
(AMARG) Davis-Monthan Air Force Base (DMAFB), AZ.

Additionally, this requirement may be expanded to include support for

expanded depot operations within a 30 mile radius of HAFB.

UTTR support shall be maintenance only
