Industry Day
The purpose of this Announcement is to inform industry that PdM Heavy Tactical Vehicles will be
hosting a CTT Industry Day in Warren, MI. The purpose of this industry day is to give an overview of CTT
and obtain industry feedback.
Date: October 20, 2021 and October 21, 2021 (if needed)
Location: VEMOS Operations and Engineering Center
2025 Concept Dr.
Warren, MI 48091
Time: 0900-1100 EST (Registration begins at 0830 EST, drivers license or personal identification card
will be verified during check in)
Cost: None. No meals provided
Note: Seating is limited to two people per company

When submitting RSVP please include, CTT Industry Day in the email subject line. Any changes to the
time, date or location of this event will be posted to SAM.gov.
Company Specific Session:
Company Specific Sessions will be held with Prime vendors on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 from
1200- 1700 EST and Thursday, October 21, 2021 from 0900-1200 EST if needed. For planning purposes,
meetings are anticipated to have a limit of between 30-45 minutes each. Questions will not be
addressed by the Government during sessions; however, all questions and answers will be provided via
SAM.gov website to all interested parties after the event.

This invitation to participate in the CTT Industry Day does not constitute an invitation for bid or request
for proposals. Any procurement action for CTT will be subject to a separate, future announcement. The
Government is under no obligation to award any related contract associated with this event.
Industry participation is voluntary and no entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges
by the Government will arise as a result of attendance at this event. The Government will not reimburse
respondents for any questions submitted or information provided as a result of this notice. There is no
funding associated with this announcement. The Industry Day and information presented herein will
not obligate the Government in any manner.
CTT documents and information will be posted on SAM.gov website as it becomes available. The posted
information is provided for planning purposes only. It does not constitute a RFP nor does it restrict the
Government as to its acquisitions approach.
