ATSS IDIQ RECOMPETE
INDUSTRY DAY
Washington Headquarters Services / Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) will be hosting an
industry day for the upcoming Analytic and Technical Support Services Indefinite Delivery /
Indefinite Quantity Recompete (ATSS IDIQ-R) supporting the Office of the Secretary of
Defense (OSD) and other DoD Fourth Estate Agencies. At the industry day, individual
program offices will provide an overview of their mission, discuss upcoming tasks and
challenges, and desired contractor personnel qualifications. WHS/AD encourages an interactive
environment and will answer participant questions and accept feedback.
WHEN: 27 January 2020 from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. EST
WHERE: Mark Center, 4800 Mark Center Drive, Alexandria, VA 22311, Auditorium
Plan to arrive one (1) hour early to park, gain access, and be escorted to the auditorium. There
may be a line at the Visitor Control Center (VCC). The Mark Center is a restricted access area.
To get access to the ATSS IDIQ-R Industry Day, you must do the following:
REGISTRATION: All participants must pre-register. Send an email to Diane Clarke at
diane.r.clarke.civ@mail.mil and cc: Warren (Trey) Arthur at warren.g.arthur.civ@mail.mil by
8:00 a.m. EST 22 January 2020 or earlier expressing your intent to participate. Please send one
(1) email that lists all participants with the subject line ATSS IDIQ-R Industry Day Registration
<Small or Large> Business. Include company name, first and last names, email of each
participant and a mobile phone number for one (1) designated point of contact in case of last-
minute changes. Each participant will be emailed a secure link to complete the pre-registration.
VISITOR PARKING: All participants needing to park must submit a PARKING CLEARANCE
REQUEST (see attached). Some fields have already been completed. Please complete the
remaining required fields and email the completed form using the subject line ATSS IDIQ-R

earlier. Please send one (1) email (separate from the registration email) with all participant
parking requests.
ARRIVAL: The Mark Center is located at 4800 Mark Center Drive, Alexandria, VA 22311. Take
I-395 Exit #4 for Seminary Road. Head west on Seminary Road. Make left at second traffic light
onto N. Beauregard Street. Make left at first traffic light onto Mark Center Drive.
ACCESSING THE MARK CENTER: Unless you work in the Mark Center, even if you possess a
Government CAC or PIV card, you will not be able to gain access without an escort. There is
only one point of access for the Mark Center - the VCC. From the Mark Center Station
transportation hub across from the Hilton, take the escalator up to the parking garage. Follow the
walkway inside the parking garage and across the skywalk to the VCC. In front of the revolving
door you will be met by WHS/AD staff and escorted into the VCC, signed in, and escorted to the
auditorium. Each participant MUST bring two current photo IDs, including at least one
government-issued ID such as a driver's license or passport. You will be required to submit to
airport-style metal detection, x-ray, and screening. Do not bring large laptops, weapons, knives,
liquids, or key-chain pepper sprays. Mobile phones and mini/micro computers are permitted.
