requirement. The purpose of the day is to foster
understanding and dialogue between the Air Force and
Industry.
Individual meetings with potential Offerors will not be
held as part of this Industry Day
A firm does not have to be present at the Industry Day to
participate in the solicitation process for EC2
No classified information shall be discussed during
Industry Day

All materials being presented are in draft form and may
change in whole or in part prior to the issuance of an
Request for Proposal (RFP)

final acquisition strategy
Potential Offerors, while gaining insight into the EC2
requirement, must rely on any potential RFP or its
amendment(s) as the sole source of accurate information
pertaining to EC2

Leverage economies of scale and the buying power of the
Air Force cyber enterprise
Reduce duplicative efforts and ultimately reduce the Air
Forces long-term cyber and information technology (IT)
footprint
Broadly define cyber requirements in the basic contract
and then allow customers to tightly define requirements
through use of Task Orders (TO) issued against the basic
contract
An EC2 ordering guide will be developed to ensure task
orders are executed in strict accordance with the contract
ordering procedures
Scope of Work
Enterprise Cyber Capabilities supporting ACC, 16th AF,
67th Wing, 688th Wing and other potential AMIC
customers.
Supporting and enabling cyber operations, command and
control, Cyber Wings, cyber planning, cyber security,
cyber analysis, full spectrum testing, training, exercising,
TTP development, modeling and simulation, cyber
mission essential support, threat assessment support,
targeting and analysis support, real time operation and
integration activities, software and tool development,
vulnerability research, intrusion detection and prevention
support, and strategic management support which enable
fulfillment of the AF cyber mission.

Operate and Maintain (O&M): Provide the technical support,
administration, and maintenance necessary to ensure
effective and efficient information system performance and
security
Training: Provide continuous learning and adherence to
Governmental training mandates and related policies
Management and Policy: Provide assistance and support for
Governmental leadership, management, direction, or
development and advocacy to effectively conduct
cybersecurity work
Protect and Defend: Identify, analyze, and mitigate threats to
internal information systems and/or networks

Analyze: Perform highly-specialized review and evaluation of
incoming cybersecurity information to determine its
usefulness for intelligence
Collect and Operate: Provide specialized denial and
deception operations and collection of cybersecurity
information that may be used to develop intelligence
