Industry Day Information for Announcement for Proposals NNC21AFP01R
Communications Services Project
The NASA Glenn Research Center (GRC) will be hosting a virtual Industry Day for the
Communications Services Project (CSP) on May 11, 2021 from 11:30 AM 3:30 PM. A formal
agenda will be provided to registered attendees. All participants must be current US citizens.
Following the virtual Industry Day event, virtual one-on-one discussions will be held with the
CSP team and interested parties. An individual company or a group of businesses planning to
team may request a virtual one-on-one; however, any given party will be allowed only one
meeting and will be limited to five (5) attendees. Virtual one-on-one meetings will be for
twenty (20) minutes and held on the following dates and times:
Wednesday, May 12, 2021, from 9:00AM 4:00PM EST
Thursday, May 13, 2021, from 9:00AM 4:00PM EST
Formal presentations by interested parties are not requested. It is expected for the one-on-one
discussions to pertain specifically to the draft Announcement for Proposals (AFP).
One-on-one session times will be contingent upon the availability of timeslots at the time of the
request. However, we will attempt to schedule your meeting as quickly as possible to obviate
unnecessary delays.

A list of company attendees will be posted to https://beta.sam.gov. Prior to the Industry Day
event, it is requested that the attendees send the above points of contact (POC) with the

NOTE: Due to the potential volume of email requests, as well as to distinguish the requests from all
other email, please annotate in the subject line indicating: CSP_NNC21AFP01R: Industry Day
Request.
Unregistered parties MAY NOT attend any of the Industry Day activities.
Attendance at the Industry Day Event and/or one-on-one discussions is neither required nor a
prerequisite for proposal submission and will not be considered in the evaluation.
Any comments regarding the Industry Day event should be submitted electronically in writing, to
eric.t.hartman@nasa.gov, by May 21, 2021. The Government does not intend to formally
respond to Industry Day event comments, but will consider all comments when finalizing the
AFP.
