INDUSTRY DAY:
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport will hold an Autonomous Maritime Systems Test Center (AMSTC)
Services Industry Day on Thursday, 13 April 2023. The purpose of the Industry Day is to increase industry awareness of the
upcoming AMSTC services solicitation. This event will be SECRET//NOFORN. To participate in the Industry Day Conference,
Registration and a Visit Request for each person attending is required no later than 4 April 2023. The event will be held at
Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Newport, Building 80, Newport, RI 02841 with a site visit to the AMSTC
lab to follow.
REGISTRATION:
Each company interested in participating in this Industry Day must complete and submit the attached AMSTC Industry
Day Registration Form no later than 4 April 2023. Submit the completed registration form via email to
sarah.w.heard.civ@us.navy.mil. Due to space constraints, the number of attendees may be limited to two (2) persons
per company/division. Walk-ins and unregistered personnel will not be permitted. Questions on the upcoming
solicitation should be submitted via the registration form.
VISIT REQUESTS:
Visit requests are MANDATORY for access to NUWC Division Newport and the AMSTC Industry Day venue. Registrants
will receive a confirmation email containing a complete security package including directions to NUWC Division Newport,
parking information, and a draft agenda once the visit requested is fully processed. Registrants should not assume they
are registered until receipt of the confirmation email. Details on completing the visit request are attached.

GENERAL STIPULATIONS AND DISCLAIMERS:
Any information provided in response to this notice is not binding upon the Government. Industry will not be permitted to
set up marketing material or have booth space at this event. Respondents are advised that the Government will not pay
for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice; all costs associated with responding to this
notice and traveling to Industry Day will be solely at the interested parties' expense. Not responding to this notice does
not preclude participation in any future event. It is the responsibility of the potential interested respondees to monitor
Seaport for additional information pertaining to the upcoming Industry Day. There will be no fee to attend, however,
industry participants will be required to preregister.
