Provision L.7 of the Draft RFP is hereby replaced with the following:

L.7 Industry Day/Pre-solicitation Conference

(a) A pre-solicitation conference will be held as

indicated below:

Date: 13 July 2021

Time: 8:00am Pacific Time

Location: Virtual Microsoft TEAMS

The Pre-solicitation Conference/Industry Day and one-on-one meetings will
be hosted on Microsoft Teams. Additional information on this event, to
include the ATOM-5 Industry Day presentation material and attendee list
will be posted in the future; therefore, companies are responsible for
monitoring https://sam.gov/content/home for additional details.

The virtual industry day event will include a live question and answer
session where attendees can type their questions into TEAMS chat. The
questions and answers will be posted on https://sam.gov/content/home
following the event. Questions may also be submitted by email to
Joshua.D.Taggart@nasa.gov and andrea.c.lovell@nasa.gov .

Additionally, there will be an opportunity for a 30-minute one-on-one
meeting with NASA representatives. These meetings will be scheduled in
the afternoon of 13 July 2021 and, if necessary, on 14 June
2021. Registration for the industry day and the one-on-ones is limited to
three (3) representatives per proposal team. Please request a one-on-
one meeting in the same email with your registration information and
include the list of 3 attendees.

To register for the industry day event, interested parties must send an
email with list the of anticipated attendees with job titles and email
addresses to Joshua.D.Taggart@nasa.gov and andrea.c.lovell@nasa.gov
. See also the requirements in (c) below. The subject/title of your email
should be formatted as follows: [Company Name] 80ARC021R0001
Industry Day. The deadline to register for both the industry day and one-
on-ones is 10:00am PT on 9 July 2021. Everyone who has registered will
receive a TEAMS invite for the industry day event and the one-on-one
meetings (for those who have requested them) prior to the event.

The Government will not provide opportunities for in-person ATOM-5
Virtual Industry Day 2021 attendance. Attendance at ATOM-5 Virtual
Industry Day 2021 and any discussions/release of information is strictly
voluntary. The Government will not pay for any information provided

during the Industry Day or one-on-one sessions.

(b) Attendance at the preproposal conference is recommended; however,

attendance is neither required nor a prerequisite for proposal submission
and will not be considered in the evaluation.

(c) Offerors, individuals, or interested parties who plan to attend the pre-

solicitation conference must provide the Contracting Officer in writing, at a
minimum, full name of the attendee(s), identification of nationality (U.S. or
specify other nation citizenship), Lawful Permanent Resident Numbers in
the case of foreign nationals, affiliation and full office address/phone
number. Any lobbying firm or lobbyist as defined in 2 U.S.C. 1602(9) and
(10), or any Offeror represented by a lobbyist under the Lobbying Disclosure
Act of 1995 shall be specifically identified.

(d) No recording (audio, video, or photographic) will be allowed by offerors,
individuals, or interested parties that attend the virtual industry day or
one-on-one sessions.

(e) Please use the template provided with the Draft RFP to submit questions or
comments. Questions submitted at least five (5) working days prior to the
conference may be addressed at the conference. Other questions will be
addressed at a later time. All questions, together with the Governments
response, will be made available to all potential offerors via
https://sam.gov/content/home. In addition, conference materials
distributed at the pre-solicitation conference will be made available to all
potential offerors via https://sam.gov/content/home.

One-on-one meetings will be scheduled for 30 minutes, starting at 1:00pm PT on July 13, 2021. If
necessary, the Government may also schedule one-on-one meetings on July 14, 2021.

Please note that Industry Day is a pre-solicitation conference (prior to issuance of the Final RFP) (not a
pre-proposal conference as stated in the DRFP).

The deadline to register for Industry Day and one-on-one meetings has been extended to 10:00am PT on
July 9, 2021.

Participation in Industry Day and one-on-one meetings is limited to only those
individuals listed in the request submitted to Andrea Lovell and Joshua
Taggart.
