This is Amendment No. 03 to the Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the FY26 Repair and Replacement of Aids to Navigation (ATON) at the U.S. Coast Guard Base Tongue Point/Columbia River in Astoria, Oregon.
The amendment, effective July 29, 2026, modifies the original solicitation by revising the language in Section 01 10 00 regarding Government Furnished Material (GFM).
