The virtual industry day is scheduled for July 14, 2021, via Zoom for government at 1:00 pm Eastern Time. Interested Industry Partners (IPs) must submit an RSVP by July 12, 2021, limited to three individuals per IP team.

During the virtual industry day presentation, the vision of the ITS EPA IV Portfolio will be explained along with details on individual TOR requirements. IPs will have the opportunity to submit questions during the event, followed by a caucus for discussions. Clear display of company names and attendee names is required during the conference call. Additionally, an advance notice mentions upcoming individual virtual due diligence sessions that will be discussed further during the industry day. For any inquiries, a client support center within GSA is available for assistance.

July 7, 2021NOTICE OF VIRTUAL INDUSTRY DAYThis letter is an advance notice that the GeneralServices Administration (GSA), FederalAcquisition Service (FAS), Federal Systems Integrationand Management Center (FEDSIM)intends to release three Task Order Requests (TOR)in FY21 and FY22 to support the EPAOffice of Information Technology Office (OITO). Sessions will begin ontime. Please test equipment prior to the starttime. The purpose of this Virtual Industry Day willbe for the Government to explain the overallITS EPA IV portfolio vision as well as to providedetails regarding the individual TORrequirements identified at this time.Each interested IP shall submit an RSVP to the IndustryDay RSVP - ITS EPA IV GoogleForm no later than 5:00pm ET on July 12, 2021. IndustryDay RSVP Form can be found at thefollowing link:RSVP.Only submit one RSVPvia theGoogle Form per IP. Following the IPsIndustry Day registration, the IP POC will receivean email NLT 5:00pm ET July 13, 2021detailing the meeting information. Please note thatIndustry Day attendance is limited tothreeindividuals per IP team. All attendees IP POC informationwill be shared as part of the IndustryDay event (no exceptions). Following the IndustryDay, all participating IP POCs will receive anIP POC list, including company name, IP POC name,and email address.There will be an opportunity for IPs to submit questionsduring the Industry Day. After thepresentation, the Government caucus for approximately20 minutes to discuss the answers. Thepresentation will then resume, and the Governmentwill provide additional information toaddress questions (time permitting).All IPs participating in the Industry Day shall displayclearly their company name and name ofthe individual(s) participating in the display namefor the conference call platform.
