Industry Day Information: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Kansas City District (NWK) is planning to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) solicitation for construction activities related to the Manhattan Levee Flood Risk Management (FRM) project in Manhattan, Kansas.
