This years theme is Small Business Sustaining the Drive for Innovation. BACKGROUND: NAVSEA is the largest of the Navy's five system commands. With a fiscal year budget over $30 billion, NAVSEA accounts for one quarter of the Navy's entire budget. The NAVSEA SBID will provide a targeted forum for interested small businesses to hear from senior Navy leadership, Program Executive Offices (PEO's) and Directorates about various NAVSEA programs, facilitating an enhanced understanding of NAVSEAs programs and strategic direction and providing for prime and subcontracting opportunities for small businesses.
