3. Nature of Procurement Action
This new requirement is in support of the RVSS. This document will detail the specifications for equipment
to be procured in support of Customs & Border Protection (CBP). Currently CBP is utilizing IR cameras that
are projected to be non-procurable at the end of 2021. This action is to detail requirements for new single
cameras and full suites, in order to determine industry availability.

4. Description of Supplies/Services
This requirement includes the potential purchase of Z600 High Definition (HD), Z900 HD, Z1200 & Z1360
cameras. Below are detailed requirement for each camera and supporting equipment.

All respondents should provide their available equipment that would create a full operational suite for all
camera systems: Z600, Z900, Z1200 & Z1360. These suites should consist of the IR camera, Visible Day
camera (EO), Pan Tilt Unit (PTU), Laser Pointer, and Spotlight.
