Construction of a spur jetty, saco river at camp ellis beach, saco, Maine. The work involves constructing a 750-FOOT long spur jetty extending from the existing north jetty into saco bay, approximately 1,500 feet from shore, and reinforcing about 100 feet of the north jetty. Key tasks include mobilization and demobilization, delivery and placement of stones, removal, rehandling, and resetting of existing stones, and installation of new bedding, underlayer, and armor stone for the tie-in between the new and existing structures. All construction activities will be conducted via water access, as land access to the breakwater is unavailable.
