Design and construct the repair of a failing Area Maintenance Support Activity (AMSA)/Vehicle Maintenance Shop (VMS) collocated at the bt collins Army reserve center, sacramento, CA. Project includes construction of an addition onto the AMSA. The work involves repairing failing facility components, constructing a maintenance facility addition to address space deficiencies, and extending the economic life of the facility by 25 years to support equipment readiness for Army reserve units serviced by AMSA-98.
