D/B/B yakima Equipment Concentration Site (ECS) warehouse. Includes construction of a 50,000 SF permanent warehouse at the yakima training center for pallet rack storage of equipment, featuring reinforced concrete foundations, structural steel framing, icf and/or insulated steel panel walls, standing seam metal roof, HVAC, mechanical and plumbing systems, oil-water separator, fire sprinkler, electrical and data systems, and security system. Interior elements include three-high pallet rack shelving, forklift circulation, staging, drive-through vehicle commitment area, reinforced concrete vault for sensitive items, administration area, classroom/break room, latrines, telephone/data room, and an exterior covered pallet rack shelving area with concrete aprons. Supporting facilities comprise heavy duty asphalt road extension, asphalt parking, general site improvements, utility extensions, and integrated physical security and sustainability measures.
