WATER INFRASTRUCTURE TO PERMANENT EXERCISE COMPLEX (PEC) AND RANGE SUPPORT COMPLEX (RSC), MELROSE AIR FORCE RANGE (MAFR), NEW MEXICO. INCLUDES THE CONSTRUCTION OF ONE NEW WELL, WATER SUPPLY INFRASTRUCTURE, AND INSTALLATION OF WATER FILTRATION/DISINFECTION SYSTEMS. THE PROJECT WILL ALSO INCLUDE SUPPLY PIPE, STORAGE AND TRANSFER TANKS, BOOSTER PUMPS, A DEDICATED SUPPLY WELL, AND ALL OTHER ASSOCIATED SUPPORTING FACILITIES.
