MQ-9 Formal Training Unit (FTU) operations facility, Holloman Air Force Base (HAFB), otero county, New Mexico. The project involves constructing a 6,970 sm single-story secure facility with a reinforced concrete foundation, structural steel frame, cmu walls, and a low slope roof, including demolition of building 302. Includes all utilities, site improvements, backup power generator, computer flooring, exterior pavements, mass briefing room, parking lot addition, parking lot mill and overlay, av equipment, ff&E, and UPS, as well as removal of acm pipe and old fuel tank. Additional tasks comprise sealed and polished concrete, rock mulching, interior and exterior doors and hardware, cell phone lockers, prefabricated awnings, window treatments, bike racks, various flooring types, electrical and low voltage systems, materials testing, passive vehicle barriers, fencing and gates, erosion control, earthwork, aggregate base, asphalt paving and patching, asphalt milling and overlaying, cast-in-place concrete, mechanical and plumbing, geopier-densified aggregate pier, fire protection, caulking, expansion joints and fire stopping, building commissioning, signage, hazardous material abatement, test and balance, air barrier and cathodic protection testing, rough carpentry, insulation, metal framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings and wall panels, painting, pavement markings, glass and glazing, design/engineering services, metal and membrane roofing, and overhead coiling door with loading dock leveler.
