Disaster Resiliency Program (DRP) phase 1. Includes the design and construction of a 47,856 SF single-story squadron operations facility and a 55,596 SF Aircraft Operations Facility (AOF) at creech AFB, Nevada. Tasks involve reinforced concrete foundations, structural steel framing, masonry exterior walls, raised access flooring, standing seam metal roofs, flow-thru aircraft hangar bays, anti-skid hangar floor coating, fire suppression systems, aircraft static grounding, exhaust and ventilation systems, intrusion detection, cybersecurity measures, airfield pavements, jet blast deflector, site preparation, utility mains, water storage, stormwater systems, antenna support structures, electrical and communications networks, centralized utility plant, apron and taxiway lighting, fire detection and suppression, security fencing, gates, electronic security systems (ids, acs, CCTV), security lighting, and emergency generators. Additional work includes design-build fire sprinkler installation, utility locating, geotechnical services, and commissioning.
