Base bid and options 1, 2, 5, and 6 for pn 080295—construction of a new 33,338 SF 100TH missile defense brigade readiness center facility on peterson space force base, Colorado, in accordance with specifications and drawings dated october 27, 2021. Includes full development of the <2-ACRE site, construction of a steel-framed two-story facility with office space, ocie storage, secure area, specialized network server room, breakroom, and restrooms, and installation of energy-efficient mechanical and electrical systems, automated HVAC and building controls, and fire suppression and alarm/mass notification systems. Additional tasks involve structural steel installation, NW roof structural steel, OLI-1A structural steel changes, led mass notification signs, transformer changes to 750KVA, SCIF and water heater changes, rf shielded floors, fire protection piping, leed consulting and air barrier, masonry, drywall, architectural woodwork, signage, wire mesh partition, toilet accessories, window treatments, glass and glazing, exterior wall panels, thermal protection, roofing, site utilities and earthwork, and geothermal systems. The facility is designed to meet DOD minimum antiterrorism standards, usgbc leed silver certification, and includes supporting site work such as utility services, emergency generator, access roads, storm drainage, landscaping, erosion control, and positive drainage with accessible sidewalks.
