The replacement involves installation of a concrete inverted t-wall, approximately 12,800 linear feet of steel h-piles, miscellaneous earthwork, water-tight door and frame, placement of temporary flood protection, and vibration monitoring. The project is located within an active chemical refinery, requiring coordination with ineos for dock activities and provision of security personnel to meet marsec requirements.
