Includes constructing a portion of the north reservoir, a 650-CFS pump station with adjacent site work including a blanket drain, and the PC-37 canal along the southern property line. Additional tasks involve building the project access road from SR-70 to the pump station, installation and removal of a surcharge berm, construction of the PC-37 structure with multiple culverts for drainage, the S-426 structure with a 650-CFS pump station for inflow from the C-24 canal, the G-791 structure for stormwater passage across the south access road, and associated limerock access road and roadside swales.
