Comprehensive everglades restoration plan, indian river lagoon - south, C-23/24 stormwater treatment area st. Lucie county, Florida. Includes construction of a stormwater treatment area consisting of five contiguous cells, perimeter and cell division levees, and associated collection and distribution channels. Tasks include construction of multiple culvert and box culvert structures, installation of weirs, modification of roadway drainage along cr 609 and cr 613, site access construction, and installation of a temporary pump station. Additional work involves seeding, grading, placement of bedding stone and limerock, installation of hdpe and other pipe materials, concrete and rebar work, sheet pile installation, valve and gate controls, electrical systems, data management, and environmental services.

Bids were solicited via the internet with five received. Work will be performed in Fort Pierce, Florida, with an estimated completion date of Oct. 14, 2025.
