Includes design and construction of a Parachute and Survival Equipment Shop (PSES) with drying tower, administrative space, parachute secure storage, parachute maintenance, packing, and inspection area. The project also involves constructing an Individual Combat Clothing Equipment (ICCE) locker warehouse for storage of issued gear and equipment, overhead cover canopies with clearance for tactical vehicles and the Parachute Landing Fall (PLF) training area, and an armory within the existing Marine Corps Reserve Training Center (RTC), building 9690, for secure storage, maintenance, and issuance of arms.
