The renovation of the cullum hall. Includes the renovation of cullum hall and its supporting service utilities as indicated in the construction documents and specifications, including removal of acm and asbestos in fire doors, floor tiles, roofing mastic and felt, rock removal, turnover of O/M manuals and as-builts, mechanical yard work, full roof replacement, salvage of copper, cleaning of gneiss masonry, restoration of ballroom globe fixture type (F), exchanging linoleum flooring with epoxy resin flooring, installation of cfci ids and acs, installation of wireless communications/antennas and network wireless access points, installation of outside plant fiber optic cable and ductbank for fiber, and installation of radio and PA system.

J Kokolakis Contracting Inc., Tarpon Springs, Florida, was awarded a $33,020,000 firm-fixed-price contract to renovate Cullum Hall for the U.S. Military Academy. Bids were solicited via the internet with six received. Work will be performed in West Point, New York, with an estimated completion date of Aug. 25, 2021.
