Government Description
Renovate - BLDG. 730. The scope of work includes repair of existing 1960S-ERA barracks to comply with current Army standards for basic training/one station unit training complexes, including repair of exterior building materials, roof replacement, HVAC, plumbing, electrical system replacements, fire alarm repairs, structural repairs, exterior work, hazardous materials abatement, and more. Approximately 3,600 square feet of new construction will be added to accommodate an entire company in one building, including classrooms, storage, and administrative spaces. All work will be performed at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri.
