Government Description
DB consolidate cadet prep school dormitory - USAFA. The project involves the design and construction of a new four-story, 126-ROOM, 252-PERSON cadet dormitory at the United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) in Colorado springs, CO. The facility will include administration support, training manager's areas, laundries, storage, mechanical, communication and utility connections, and will be designed in accordance with USAFA installation facilities standards and the international style of modernism. The work includes demolition of three existing dormitories, construction of retaining walls, sidewalks, plaza, all utilities, fire suppression system, pavements, communications infrastructure, and all necessary supporting work for a complete and usable facility.
