Walsh Federal LLC, Chicago, Illinois, was awarded a $99,909,000 firm-fixed-price contract to design and build a MILSTAR satellite communication station. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work will be performed on Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska, with an estimated completion date of Oct. 17, 2025.
