Bids were solicited via the internet with three received. Work will be performed in Huntsville, Alabama, with an estimated completion date of April 21, 2028. Fiscal 2024 and 2025 military construction, defense-wide funds; and fiscal 2026 research, development, test and evaluation, defense-wide funds totaling $171,506,091, were obligated at the time of the award.
