O&M with repair and minor construction at mrdc, various locations. Includes full-service Operations And Maintenance (O&M) of healthcare and research facilities, routine maintenance and repair tasks, and minor construction projects supporting the O&M mission. Services performed under this contract include water and wastewater treatment, snow removal, preventative maintenance for air compressors, air dryers, chillers, boilers, and generators, sensor calibration, fire alarm and mass notification system installation, laboratory and facility renovations, epoxy flooring resurfacing, elevator upgrades, bas device calibration, and led lighting conversion. Work is performed at multiple mrdc-associated sites such as fort detrick, Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR), U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Chemical Defense (USAMRICD), U.S. Army Aeromedical Research Laboratory (USAARL), U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID), U.S. Army Centralized Allergen Extract Laboratory (USACAEL), and U.S. Army Research Institute of Environmental Medicine (USARIEM).
