Construction of oss facility tyndall AFB, FL. Includes construction of a 34,195 SF oss radar approach control center supporting the 53RD weapons evaluation group’s qr/F16S and E-9 aircraft, encompassing base operations, transient alert, and radar approach control center (RAPCON) functions. The project includes a 37,362 SF deployment processing center with a 13,760 sy secure cargo yard, providing spaces for personnel and baggage processing, kitchen, dining, aafes sales, logistics plans, deployment control, cargo deployment, and associated support spaces. Additional work involves fiber strand and humidity control, floor layout changes, fluid lines, demolition of existing concrete structures, debris removal, parking lot Asbestos-Containing Material (ACM) and water abatement, telecommunication changes, revised water connection points, RAPCON and ifr equipment installation, antenna infrastructure, and repair of water lines.
