Government Description
Design-build construct of 69TH ada Unaccompanied Enlisted Personnel Housing (UEPH) barracks, Fort Cavazos, TX. The work consists of the design and new construction of UEPH barracks to house 252 soldiers, with the facility designed to be consistent with apartment-style housing and developed for efficiency and connectivity with the installation. Additional tasks include resizing the dumpster pad, revisions to kitchen sink style, descope of tables, removal of card readers from door hardware, replacement of induction cooktops, removal of TA50 requirements, credit for change in soil block retainer, and duct insulation variance. Electrical service revisions are also being performed as part of the project.
