Lewisville dam lake repairs. Includes installation of weir anchors, rock dowels, and apron drains; additional corrosion protection for exposed portions of rock dowels; demolition and replacement of concrete in trenches; addition of chamfered edges to concrete wall extensions; adjustment of rip rap quantities; apron slab overlay; securing geomembrane with batten strips; providing additional gravel backfill; drainage route modifications; grading plan revisions; heating construction joint concrete; installation of load cells and dynaforce load sensors; topographic and pile orientation surveying; installation of anchors to support shotcrete; removal and replacement of concrete aprons; and installation of instrumentation. Additional tasks include on-site construction equipment fueling, purchase of wide flange beams, furnishing temporary work platforms, concrete grinding and cutting, providing craft labor, furnishing aggregate base, installation of yard fencing and access gates, concrete pumping, surveying services, and furnishing reinforcing steel.
