Continued contract in accordance with DFARS 204-1601, predecessor contract is W9124D23C0025 for Transition Assistance Program (TAP) support services. Includes providing non-personal transition services to soldiers in accordance with the veterans opportunity to work act, Army regulation 600-81, Army's career readiness standards, and site-specific government directives. Tasks include operation of all identified transition assistance locations, pre-separation and initial counseling, personalized transition and financial counseling, individual transition planning advice, career skills program support, employment-seeking assistance, marketing and career/hiring event support, and assisting employers in connecting open positions with transitioning service members. Services provided throughout the continental United States and select outside continental United States locations including korea, Kuwait, Germany, and Italy, supported by the human resources command.
