Government Description
Hill Air Force Base building 225 area D roof replacement and office space renovation. Includes removing and replacing the roof of area D of building 225 (B225) at Hill Air Force Base (HAFB) in Utah, as well as renovating office space in B225. Tasks involve all civil, architectural, geotechnical, structural, utilities, landscaping, security, mechanical, electrical, demolition, and communications work, including demolition and reconstruction of existing office space along the north-south direction in the middle of aircraft maintenance hangar building 225 area D. Additional work includes seismic upgrades, skylight removal, conversion of a hobby shop to a machine shop, relocation of a 4160V beacon electrical line, installation of compressed air tanks and air drops, temporary walls, east egress tunnel construction, additional mechanical scope, and fall protection improvements.
