The Whiting-Turner Contracting Co., Baltimore, Maryland, was awarded a $46,375,000 firm-fixed-price contract for construction of the Air Force Targeting Center facility at Joint Base Langley-Eustis. Bids were solicited via the internet with eight received. Work will be performed in Hampton, Virginia, with an estimated completion date of May 21, 2023.
