Herndon, Virginia, was awarded an $11,402,662 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract with options for the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency Research and Development Counter Insurgency Operations project. Fiscal 2015 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $2,749,378 were obligated at the time of the award.
