Government Description
Construct 84 pn dormitory, clear sfs, Alaska (CLR049). Includes the design and construction of an 84-PERSON, three-story dormitory with a reinforced concrete foundation, standing seam metal roof, severe-weather passageway, site improvements such as roadways, re-routed power, communications duct bank, parking with head bolt outlets, sidewalks, courtyard, relocated athletic fields/courts, MWR yard, and landscaping. Additional tasks include installation of heating systems, connection to steam distribution, redundant hydronic boiler, 138KV substation upgrades, new feeder conductors, buried electrical and fiber optic services, standby and backup generators, concrete utilidors, sanitary waste connections, fire protection water service, and implementation of at/fp measures. The project also covers comprehensive interior design, accessibility, cyber security, sustainability/energy measures, and a wide range of construction activities including demolition, earthwork, structural steel, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, insulation, finishes, environmental protection, safety, and total building commissioning.
